More Sweet Jar Projects

Today I am returning to the temptation of the Sweet Jar bundle, with three more projects and a couple of tips for you.

For the Jelly Beans one, I first tried the marker to stamp technique, but on this occasion, it didn’t look that good.

Instead I stamped the beans in ‘stamped off’ Basic Beige. I could then colour the jelly beans in with the fine end of my Stampin’ Blends which gave me a much better result. I finished the beans with a little white highlight to make them shine which I did using a white gel marker.

After using my chocolate chip stamp from Sweet Jar as sand in my last trio of projects, I promised to use it properly this time. The cookies are stamped in Crumb Cake and the chips in Pecan Pie – so much fun.

And finally I put some flowers in the jar. To get the right angle for the water-line, I punched another jar and used the bottom as a ruler to get the right look. I then coloured the water with a light Pool Party Blend.

The flowers are from the new Pretty Florals from the new big book from Stampin’ Up!
